The aim of the group is to track and control spin-light interactions in molecules, materials and devices.
We are based in the beautiful city of Florence, within the Laboratory of Molecular Magnetism (LAMM), a dynamic environment that brings together research at the intersection of the Department of Industrial Engineering and the Department of Chemistry of the University of Florence.
In the coming months, we will expand our facilities with state-of-the-art laboratories, where spin photophysics meets thin-film and device development. This growth is driven by two exciting projects: SPIRO-χ (FIS StG) and LIGHT-QIS (ERC StG).
We are also hiring motivated PhD students and postdocs who would like to be part of this journey.
